Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you order from us, sign up for emails, join our loyalty program, or send us a private event, catering, or general inquiry, we collect contact information (email, phone, name), what you tell us in the form (dates, headcount, company, notes), transaction history, and basic device + analytics data. Payment information is handled by Toast and never touches our servers.

How we use it

• To fulfill orders and run our loyalty program.
• To answer your inquiry. Event, catering, and general inquiries are sent to our team's Slack workspace so the right person can follow up.
• To keep bots off our forms. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser and device to tell people from automated traffic.
• To measure and improve our ads. Pages on this site use the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you sent an inquiry, using cookies and similar technology, and combine it with other information Meta has about you. You can manage ad personalization in your Meta account's ad settings.
• To send you marketing emails or texts — only if you opted in. You can opt out anytime.
• To understand how the site is used. We use Plausible (no cookies, no cross-site tracking) and Google Analytics, which sets first-party cookies and shares site-usage data with Google.
• To show you where we are. The map at the bottom of each page is an embedded Google Map, which loads from Google and lets Google set cookies and collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

Job applications

When you apply for a job on our careers page, we collect what you put in the application: your name, email, phone, the role, your availability, your experience, and your resume file if you attach one. We use it only for hiring. It's sent to a private channel in our team's Slack workspace, where the people hiring read it; a resume file, if attached, is delivered to that same private channel, and if it can't be delivered we may ask you to email it instead. It's never added to an email or text list and never used for marketing, and the careers page doesn't load the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. To have your application deleted, email privacy@goodsidepizza.com.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate (Toast for ordering and payments, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS, Vercel for hosting, Slack for routing inquiries to our team, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, Plausible and Google Analytics for analytics, Google Maps for the map, Meta for ad measurement, Sentry for error monitoring). We don't sell your information.

Opting out

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email privacy@goodsidepizza.com.
