Parking & transit.

  • Street parking Free on Elm and the surrounding side streets — meters are enforced 8am–6pm Mon–Sat. After 6pm and all day Sunday: free.
  • Paid lots Several pay lots within a block, including the lot at Elm & Good Latimer. $5–$15 depending on the night.
  • DART green line Deep Ellum Station is a 3-minute walk west on Elm. Trains every 15–20 minutes.
  • Rideshare Drop-off and pickup right out front. Elm is one-way eastbound at our block.
